The KIR Polymorphism Workshop held ever y18 months, is dedicated to ongoing research and fostering collaboration between colleagues studying these important and dynamic NK cell receptors.  KIR 2020 will be held in May 2020 In Estes Park, Colorado at the beautiful and historic Stanley Hotel.  The workshop will focus on current research in the field specifically related to killer cell immunoglobulin like receptors and their polymorphism.  The meeting will focus on population genetics, evolution, basic immunology, implications for KIR polymorphism in cancer and its treatment, including transplantation, and in immune-mediated diseases and reproduction.  There will also be sessions on non-human KIR and on methods used for KIR research.  Every attendee will have the opportunity to present an abstract.  Registration and abstract submission will open in the fall of 2019.
